Frequently Asked Questions
This stand was designed to be one of the lightest available (only 3.5 lbs!) while at the same time built with incredible strength using the toughest rubber compounds. It is stable under normal conditions. However, if you live in an area where a strong gust of wind can come out of nowhere, you can further stabilize it by placing a rock on the base.
Two words: QUICK DETACHABLE. The ability to QUICKLY REMOVE & REPLACE cardboard targets using only friction to adhere to 1"x 2" wood stakes is remarkable. No need for staple guns, hammers, tacks, or nails.
In addition, the ability to change the height of cardboard targets INSTANTLY (and to level them!) using no more than your little finger to meet any gun range height requirements is just one more great reason to buy our product.
Our current shooting range in Southern Oregon has BANNED metal stands and the metal swingers that are for sale just about everywhere. I have a 15 lb. Walker cast iron stand that I’ve had for at least 10 years. It only has one ding on it (I suspect it was ricochet from a 45 autoloader at 50 yards!) It feels like 50 lbs at my age, it can rust, and I will NOT ask my grandkids to carry it out for me to the 50 yd line let alone to the 25. Hence PEEG FEET!
Yes, a larger version (BEEG FEET) will be coming out in the future. Our current focus is getting our larger version cardboard target holder (BEEG SHEETS) out to people with adjustable metal stands that can accommodate a larger cardboard sheet with its 16" 'center' before hitting those wood stakes! We also want to offer police and sheriff department gun ranges a PORTABLE cardboard target holder so users don't have to rip the cardboard off and leave the staples and tacks for the next person.
We're working on leather products that enhance hunters both in the field and at the gun range. Also wood and metal products from Oregon that will make reloading rooms just a bit more efficient and much easier to work with. Stay tuned!
